if youre looking to get a keyboard that has good RGB, Razer shouldn't be the first option.
the led is in the back of the switch and only lights up the back half of the key cap. he's got the pudding caps on the huntsman, it looks like its fully lit, but I have them on my BlackWidow elite and only the back half of the cap is lit, which in turn makes it look like the front of the keys in the row behind is lit up.
Corsair was the clear switches which light up the whole key
